Garden Logan is a proven public relations professional specializing in media relations, corporate communications, special events and brand recognition.
Throughout her career, Garden has worked as a PR consultant for entertainment, education and lifestyle clients in Philadelphia. She has also worked in the health and wellness sector. In these capacities, she has secured national and local media coverage for her clients including Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls, Sea Me Events, BLOCS, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Wildwood Beach Patrol, Andre Richard Salon, Pax Tandon, Opa Restaurant, TrendHungry.com, and Philly Blog Love.
In 2018, Garden joined Temple University’s Klein School of Journalism and Communication as an adjunct professor teaching Newswriting, PR Writing, and Crisis Communication courses. In 2021, she received the Marra Award for Teaching Excellence at Temple.
In 2015, Garden joined Domus Inc., as account director servicing the Lutron Electronics commercial media relations and social media accounts. In addition to securing hundreds of lighting industry trade placements for her client, she garnered segments on National Public Radio, WHYY FM, and in The Philadelphia Inquirer.
From 2005 to 2008, Garden was a senior account executive for Garfield Group PR where she serviced tech clients, mainly Motorola Home Services and worked with national media outlets including the NYT and Esquire Magazine.
Prior to this, she was the public relations director for the Woodbine Entertainment Center in South Jersey. From 2003 to 2005, she secured placements in local and regional media, ensuring high-profile exposure for this landmark establishment.
From 1997 to 2002, Garden served as corporate communications manager for CDI Corp., an international IT outsourcing firm. At CDI, she launched the company’s first employee website and successfully managed web design and all internal communications for 7,000 and 50,000 contract employees.
Garden began her career in public relations with Sharla Feldscher Public Relations, a boutique firm in Center City Philadelphia. There she was responsible for supporting media relations and special events, including the launch of Good Day Philadelphia.
Garden is a Temple University graduate with a B.A., in Journalism, 1993. She volunteers actively in her community and lives in Fishtown with her husband and their three children.
